Each September, AHS celebrates its members with a special program and luncheon that kicks off the coming club year. This popular annual event draws both old and new members, and members' guests are always welcome to join in the festivities. The guest fee for the luncheon and speaker will be $10.00 payable at entrance.

Amanda Love, The Barefoot Cook, seeks to help people heal their relationship with food through functional nutrition therapy coupled with real food cooking lessons. She focuses on integrating the nutritional wisdom of our ancestors through high-pleasure meals with high-quality ingredients designed to heal the body, mind and planet! Amanda will be speaking on Healthy Hormones with Ancestral Nutrition.
